Ok, I know these photos are quite poor, but I thought I'd put them up, anyway.  The truth of the matter is, I spent most of the time filming the fireworks, so I haven't got many stills.  I have however, got some stunning clips, which I'll make available as soon as I have time...

ALTs have a bite to eat

We were sitting about half way along the beach.  There was

a scary amount of people there!

This has to be one of the dodgiest photos I've

ever taken...no, the sea wasn't sloping!

 

I've included it to try and give an idea

of just how close we were sitting to the water

Most of the fireworks were detonated over the 

water, and you can see from the silhouettes how

close we were sitting
