Here's the photo-diary of our attempt to make a real Christmas cake in Japan...well...here goes...
(By the way, I haven't made these pictures so you can get larger versions of them...don't think you really want them...but if you think otherwise, let me know on the bulletin board!)

7. Soak the fruit in the alcohol

Add the nuts, bicarbonate of soda, milk, butter, sugar and simmer for five minutes |
