It occurs to me that some of you may not know what Boxing day is - in England, Boxing day is the day after Christmas day.  Traditionally it was the day when we gave each other presents, but now we do this on Christmas day like everyone else.  These days it's just an extra holiday used for eating, sleeping and watching more bad movie re-runs on tv, and also to play with all the prezzies we got for Christmas!

This year was a bit different, though!  Tom and I took Mum to Imadate to make paper.  Unfortunately L'Espoire was closed, so we went to a bakery for a cake and coffee.  (Never fear, however, we did go back to Imadate - just to go to L'Espoire - when Dad came over).
