Scary, isn't it.  Snow.  It started on Wednesday (21st) - late in the evening, and basically carried on continuously for days.  Thursday was a nightmare - getting to school was horrible.  I parked the car (by then snow-free) at school at 8.40am and by 5pm there was well over 6 inches of snow on its roof, over two on the windows, and the locks were frozen.  I actually had to get a shovel and dig my way to the car!

No photos of that day, though - I was too much in shock.  By Friday things had calmed down a bit, but the roads were in worse condition and none of them (not even our beloved Route 8) had been cleared.

These photos were taken on my way to school and on my way back home.  You may wonder how safe it is to take photos while driving...well, when your speed isn't even registering on the speedo, it doesn't make much difference!
