My initial plan to keep my birthday a quiet affair this year didn't really
work. Well...we hadn't been out drinking in a while (um...6 days...) and
needed an excuse to go out!
First stop was a meal (no photos, sorry), then on to Bears Bar (where else?),
for an evening of drunken debauchery...and the
always-seems-like-a-good-idea-at-the-time karaoke (which would never be complete
without the boys' rendition of Monty Python's "Sit on My
Face").
I can't claim I took all these pictures, because I didn't. At least, I
don't think I did. Well...I don't remember taking them...

huge, great big "THANK YOU" to everyone who came, paid for my meal and
bought me drinks...I had a really fab time, and I've got a lovely headache this
morning to prove it (proof positive that beer, margaritas and karaoke don't mix)
