My second attempt at making soba noodles, but this time with the International Club.  It was a great laugh trying to make them, and we got to share them afterwards - enjoying a feast of soba noodles, broth, grated daikon (giant raddish) and spring onions.  With beer to round it off.  And all before 11am!
