Yes, Christmas is Celebrated in Japan - it's very fashionable, in fact! You find Christmas trees, flashing lights and Santa all over the place. Turkey and decent Christmas cards, however, are harder to come by.
This
(together with a heated floor rug) is the most recent addition to the
apartment. It's 1.5m tall and cost just over 1,400 yen (~£7)!
