In need of a decent feed, we headed once again to one of the many okonomiyaki restaurants.  So here you go...finally, photos of the fabled food - okonomiyaki (with a bit of yakisoba in there for good measure).

 

You cook it at your table, it has egg, four, cabbage and fish/meat/cheese (or a combination of the above), and it's very very tasty!

THE FIVE STAGES TO YAKISOBA HAPPINESS

Not content with his okonomiyaki (mad boy), Tom decided to order a second meal of yakisoba.  You can see the level of his happiness increasing...

 


Stage 1

Tip meat and vegetables onto the grill.  Add noodles
