My Japanese friend Tamami, was very kind taking us (me, Suzy and her brother Daniel) to Katsuyama to enjoy real Jersey Ice Cream (yes, can you believe it, they have REAL Jersey cows here...), which was absolutely delicious, and did in fact taste like Jersey ice cream!!!  Oh yes, we also visited a temple!
