The Virtual Fridge

Welcome to the virtual fridge. I'm afraid you won't find any apple cream puffs here (I've eaten them all). Instead, you can have a gander at my gallery of shodo (Japanese calligraphy). When they come to Japan, some people choose to study tea ceremony, flower arranging, a martial art... I chose shodo. I started in March 2004, and I sincerely hope you can see an improvement after my year or so of hard study and weekly beatings. Sensei is not very impressed with my ability (or lack thereof)...but I have fun trying, and it does help with the kanji studying!
