July 2010

From beer festivals to St Paul’s carnival, BBQs, pottering in the garden and harvesting lots of fresh fruit & veg from the garden to going plane-spotting at Fairford, July’s been jam-packed full of enjoying a REAL summer  with sunshine and everything (the first one we’ve had in the UK since 2006!).

We’ve also had a couple of visitors, and Sneaky’s been working very hard to help out in the garden.  Mostly by sleeping.

July also saw us take our main holiday - keeping it local this year* (well, apart from the trip to India/Bahrain at the start of the year).  Following on from an evening class I did at the start of the year at City of Bath College, we spent a week at a summer school there.  Brilliant!

*Don’t worry, the travelling days are far from over - fairly big plans for next year are underway!
