April was definitely a rather alcohol-fuelled month... Vix dropped in for a few days during her time back in Britain, before heading back out to NZ. One late, drunken evening (about 2am...?) a new game evolved: Camera Wars! Being on the slightly(!) sloshed side, I'm not entirely sure what the rules were (or even that we knew at the time), but they seemed to be along the lines of: Try to get photos of people without getting a picture taken of yourself by any of the other participants. Whatever the rules, I was totally rubbish!
The other monumental (if you excuse the pun) thing that happened this month was that Tom and I finally joined the National Trust! Yes, I know it sounds unforgivably middle-aged... but, well, free days out. Bit of English history and culture. And they do good cake.
Also on the agenda was another work outing (which involved introducing the boys to tapas... although they all went for burgers, I think!), and Olly & Beth's wedding in Kent.
