We returned to the UK from our Time Off For Good Behaviour travels to a land of snow, a new job (for Tom), and plenty of work for both of us, and not forgetting: a Brand New Toy (no, it isn't "just a vacuum cleaner"... it is the first fully-functioning - i.e. it actually hoovers stuff up - vacuum cleaner we have ever owned in the almost-ten-years we have been together.  Sad.  Slightly dusty.  But true.)

This happened in one evening.  The sight filled me with dread and horror - remembering what we used to have to deal with once upon a time

...while I venture out (totally under-dressed) to take photos

A few days later... Tom meets Will of Willsbridge

	Finally!  Sunshine, and no snow! Tom and I decide to take the long route to the pub...

A walk and a pint (or two) later, I try to get all well-read-and-intelligent-like down the pub (well, at least I got the mag the right way up...)

	A NEW TOY!!  Can you tell how absolutely delighted I am that we finally have a vacuum cleaner that actually sucks things up??
