Spring has sprung (cue some terribly posed spring-type photos).  I made my way over to Jersey for a very fleeting visit for Mother's Day - Mum and I spent a wonderfully relaxing afternoon at a fabulous spa in St Ouen (Les Roches) (sorry, no photos), and the whole family (yes, all four of us) went out for a meal at Victoria's.  An all-you-can-eat, absolutely beautiful buffet.  Which undid most of the good work the spa session had done!!
