So, what did we get up to this month? Well... we went to a beer festival for Sai's birthday, on a mission to find a beer that she actually likes. Then Tom & I went for a relaxing weekend at a health spa, only to find a punch bag in one of the fitness rooms...so in between hot stone treatments, dry floats, massages and facials, we did some kickboxing training. And we did a bit more gardening!

Cedar falls... On our last evening, following various fabulous treatments, we set off exploring with our cameras... and came across this punch bag in the fitness studio. An excellent opportunity to practice our kickboxing skillz

	Mmmm!!! Homegrown (The radishes, peas, salad, strawberries, spinach, spring onions and the buddleia(!) have all been a huge success this year)
