Well,
we had some time free, and it was a beautiful day, so Tom and I jumped in the
car and drove up to the infamous Tojinbo. It's a beauty spot in the north
of Fukui, renowned for the number of suicides which take place off the
cliffs. We didn't actually visit the cliffs at Tojinbo themselves, as we
were too cheap to pay for parking. Instead we drove on a bit, found free
parking, and walked across to the beautiful Oshima island.
