Not long now until the Returners return  ~sniff~

Many of us arrived around the same time last year, and were greeted and made welcome by the second and third years.  We were all thrown together, and helped each other muddle through.

To those of you who are leaving:  part of me is envious that you'll be going on to bigger and better things, and part of me knows that I'm not yet ready to leave Japan for good.  Whatever my feelings, I know that I'm going to miss each and every one of you.  We've had some fabulous experiences together over the last 12 months.  Keep in touch, keep doing what you want to do how you want to do it, and remember - despite what the guidebooks say, Fukui is the best place in all Japan.  Well, almost!

To those of you who are staying:  Beware the Camera!  Moo-hoo-ha-ha-ha-ha!

To those newbies who will soon be on your way to Fukui:  Get ready to par-tay! (and don't expect to teach much English... ;) ).

To everyone else:  When are you coming to visit???!

Ah ha!  Caught in the act.

You are here to work, ladies.  To teach

impeccable Engri...er...English to the youth

of Japan.  NOT to have fun...
Mary and Kara

Cool, calm and collected.  Ruan...

far too cool calm and collected to ever be

photographed pulling a funny face...(!)
